| Attested copy of divorce Decree/ Order in case of a divorcee and Death Certificate of spouse in case of widow/ widower. Kindly bring the original Certificate while visiting the CFC. |
| In case of marriage of any Indian Citizen with a person having a foreign citizenship, domicile verified from the Embassy/ High Commission of the country which he/she claims to be the citizen of, is required. |
